DMDK treasurer Premalatha Vijayakanth has said that the money looted by DMK treasurer Duraimurugan is coming out now. Income Tax raids were conducted at the residence of Duraimurugan in Katpadi, Vellore, and also in houses of other DMK cadre and Duraimurugan's son Kathir Anand's educational institutions.

In these raids, the officials seized unaccounted money. Speaking in a public campaigning event for the upcoming elections, DMDK party treasurer Premalatha Vijayakanth said "Everyone know how Duraimurugan had humiliated DMDK before 15 days, and now see what's happening. God exists".

"IT officials are taking one money sack after the other, and huge volumes of money looted by him are coming out, and it has been estimated to be 500 crores or 1000 crores. All the  looted money is coming out now, and Duraimurugan was speaking as if he was good, and what happened now?" questioned Premalatha.
