‘Ninu Veedani Needanu Nene’, which has been described by the makers as a spine-chilling hit, will be remade in Hindi. Raj and DK, who recently produced ‘Stree’ and directed ‘Shor In The City’ many years ago, have bought the Hindi remake rights. “The project is in safe hands,” Sundeep Kishan, the male lead and co-producer of the Telugu original, today said.
Released last Friday, the multi-genre film is running to impressively-packed houses in the Telugu States. Screens have been added in view of the increased footfalls.
Directed by debutant Caarthick Raju and starring Anya Singh as the heroine, ‘NVNN’ has Vennela Kishore in an atypical role. Murali Sharma, Posani Krishna Murali and others are also seen, while Thaman has done the background score as well as songs.
