After doing ‘Chandramukhi’ in 2005, Nayanthara was billed to become a star heroine in Tamil. But when AR Murugadoss’ ‘Ghajini’ came the same year, many were shocked that she was seen in a rather caricaturish role after getting a huge launch with a Rajinikanth movie. More than a decade after the movie’s release, the ‘Sye Raa’ actress is still unhappy about that Suriya blockbuster.
Speaking in an interview to a radio channel, the beauty has named her role in the blockbuster hit as the worst one in her career. Saying that she had expected her role to be on par with the other heroine (played by Asin), Nayanadded that she was a tad disappointed when she saw the final outcome.
However, after all these years, the ‘Whistle’ heroine is currently acting in Murugadoss’s direction in Rajinikanth’s ‘Darbar’, whose Motion Poster will be out on November 7.
