Mahesh Babu-Rajamouli movie’s producer opens up

Mahesh Babu’s outing with SS Rajamouli has been a long-pending one. It was in April 2020 that the ‘Baahubali’ director confirmed his union with the ‘Sarkaru Vaari Paata’ actor.

What is the film going to be about? Recently, gossip-mongers suggested that the big-ticket movie is laced with a never-seen-before treasure hunt theme. Producer KL Narayana has categorically shrugged off the rumour, though.

As per him, SS Rajamouli is yet to confirm the backdrop of the story. He is busy with ‘Roudram Ranam Rudhiram’. Given his style of working, the celebrated filmmaker doesn’t worry about his next movie before completing his current project.

Earlier this year, the film’s writer and Rajamouli’s father Vijayendra Prasad said that the film will have a forest backdrop. But, in his recent TV interview, he didn’t say anything about the Mahesh Babu movie, leaving the superstar’s fans a tad disappointed.

As for ‘RRR’, it might slip the October bus and may release only next year. Every stakeholder concerned with the movie is sitting pretty as far as monetary issues are concerned. Their Pen Studios’ deal a few weeks back was a bang for the buck. However, the wait of the fans of Jr NTR and Ram Charan has become much more painful due to the second wave.
