Amid recent media reports and social media speculation regarding actor Sri’s mental health, the actor’s family and close friends have released an official statement to address the concerns and misinformation.
The statement, shared publicly by director Lokesh Kanagaraj, emphasizes that actor Sri (Sriram) is currently receiving the best medical care and has temporarily stepped away from social media on the advice of his doctor.
The family has urged everyone to respect his privacy during this important phase of recovery. They also requested media outlets and the public to avoid spreading unverified or inaccurate information about his condition.
“Speculation and misinformation can be deeply distressing,” the statement reads. “We kindly ask that all inaccurate content or interviews related to Sri’s current state be removed and that his personal space be respected.”
The statement further expressed strong disagreement with certain interviews circulating online and clarified that such remarks do not reflect the family’s stance.
Concluding the note, the family expressed gratitude for the continued love, support, and understanding from well-wishers.
