According to the latest reports, Karthi is gearing up to reunite with Pa Ranjith and Studio Green for the second time. It is said that the new project will be officially announced on the 10th release anniversary of Madras (September 2024). The shooting is expected to commence by the end of 2024. Notably, Ranjith had earlier approached Karthi to play the lead in his sports drama 'Sarpatta Parambarai' but he couldn't do it due to date issues.

Sources tell us that the 'Madras' combo is definitely coming back together this time.
