‘Kaasi’ pre-release event held

The pre-release function of ‘Kaasi’, starring Vijay Antony in the lead, was held on Monday at Hyderabad’s Daspalla Hotel.  The event was graced by the film’s important cast and crew members.

Madhu said, “Vijay Antony’s films belong to a distinct genre.  Director Kruthiga Udayanidhi is very passionate.  I wish the entire team all the best.”

Amritha Aiyer said, “I am very happy to have got to act in ‘Kaasi’, which will be releasing in both Tamil and Telugu.”

Sunaina said, “It was Vijay garu who composed music for my first film.  I am proud to have acted as the heroine of his film.  ‘Kaasi’ is a beautiful love story.”

Kiran said that Vijay Antony should continue to score hits both as a musician and an actor.

Pradyumna said, “Vijay garu is a passionate all-rounder.  I am honoured to be releasing this movie.”

Ganesh said, “Vijay garu’s films are always special.  I am sure ‘Kaasi’ will impress the audience.”

C Kalyan said, “I have watched the movie.  It has got a very good concept.  Bhasya Sri’s dialogues are so nice.  I could feel the Vijay Antony effect.  Kruthiga hails from a great family.  ‘Kaasi’ is a film the audience will connect to.  Like ‘Biccchagadu’, it has got both sentiment and thrill quotient.”

Bhasya Sri said, “Vijay Antony garu has shown four different shades to his acting in the film.  Kruthiga garu has crafted every frame so beautifully.  This is going to be a big hit. I thank Vijay garu for keeping faith in me.”

Kruthiga Udayanidhi said, “It’s very difficult for female directors to bag a film.  I thank Vijay garu for keeping faith in me.  I hope ‘Kaasi’ will be loved by one and all.”

Chadalavada Srinivasa Rao said, “Vijay garu’s is quite a receivable face.  He should score one more hit.  He should do Telugu movies in future.”

The film will hit the screens on May 18.
