Jayashree attempts suicide admitted to hospital in critical condition

Actress Jayashree is admitted to a hospital in Neelangarai Chennai in critical condition after she attempted suicide by consuming overdose of sleeping pills.  Luckily she had spoken to a friend while the drugs were taking effect and the man went to her house and rushed her to a nearby hospital.  Jayashree was in the news a few weeks back after her allegations of an affair between her husband actor Easwar and actress Mahalakshmi.  She had also made child molestation complaints against Easwar who was arrested after a domestic dispute and was put in jail and came out on bail.

Industry insiders say that Jayashree was upset that Easwar had ridiculed her that he had come out of jail in a short time and that she can do nothing against him anymore.  It is also said that the bonding between Easwar and Mahalakshmi who are acting in the serial ‘Devathaiyai Kandein’ is growing even stronger.  Jayashree felt helpless and that was what forced her to take the extreme step even though she has a school going girl child.

Neighbours also have spoken to media that those who had given loans to Easwar were coming to Jayashree’s house and demanding repayment.  At the time of this writing, the actress or her relatives could not be reached for comments.
