One of the most famous British superstars ever, Roger Moore has passed away at the age of 89, today the 23rd of May after a short battle with cancer. He is survived by his third wife Kristina Tholstrup and three children.
Much before he made his debut as James Bond, in 1973, in ‘Live and Let Die’ he rose to fame playing the Simon Templar in ‘The Saint’. He has played 007, six times, the last one being ‘A View To a Kill’ in 1985. Perhaps he best suited the role after Sean Connery.
