Grace Antony, who made her film debut with the 2016 Malayalam movie Happy Wedding, later acted in the 2022 Tamil film Sathuranga Vettai 2 and in the film Parandhu Po directed by Ram. She has now surprised fans by dramatically transforming her appearance through significant weight loss. In just 8 months, she has shed around 15 kilograms and now looks completely different.

After her film Kaniye, Grace took her weight loss journey seriously. Her secret reportedly lies in a strict diet, daily workouts, yoga, and long walks. Sources close to her say she completely avoided sugar and oily foods, focusing mainly on protein-rich meals.
