‘Geetha Govindam’ scenes leaked; Deverakonda hurt

It has been a spate of pre-release secret leaks in Tollywood, most recent ones being big-ticket films like ‘Saaho’ (its teaser was out hours before its official release) and ‘Aravindha Sametha’ (the spread of its stills was recently stemmed in time).

It’s now the turn of ‘Geetha Govindam’, whose scenes were found to have been circulated enthusiastically among a group of friends.  It all began with an editor stealing the scenes from Edit room and sharing it with his friends.  Forwards and more forwards followed. Before it could get out of hands, Geetha Arts, fortunately for it, lodged a police complaint.

With the experience of ‘Attarintiki Daredi’ behind, no production house can take chances with leaks.  Expressing his shock over the turn of events, Vijay Deverakonda tweeted out, “I feel let down, disappointed, hurt. Okka sari kopam osthundi, inko sari edupostundi.”
