Raakaasa Glimpse: Sangeeth Shobhan Steals the Show with Comic Timing

Produced under the banners of Pink Elephant Pictures and Zee Studios, the upcoming Telugu film Raakaasa is jointly produced by Niharika Konidela and Umesh Kumar Bansal. The recently released glimpse has generated strong buzz across digital platforms, drawing attention for its sharp humour and the impressive screen presence of lead actor Sangeeth Shobhan.

After earning national recognition as a successful producer with Committee Kurrollu, Niharika Konidela continues her winning streak with Raakaasaa. Presented by Zee Studios, the film marks a significant milestone in Sangeeth Shobhan’s career, as he makes his solo hero debut with this project. The actor previously entertained audiences with his performances in MAD and MAD Square, and expectations are high for this next step.

Written and directed by Manasa Sharma, Raakaasaa is slated for a theatrical release on April 3. The title motion poster released earlier received an encouraging response, and the newly unveiled glimpse has further heightened anticipation around the film.

The glimpse opens with a high-voltage narration:

“Yuga yugaalugaa prati kathalo oka samasya… aa samasyanu chedinchadaaniki oka veerudu pudataadu… aa veerudu evaro ani telise lopae nishabdamgaa pani mugistaadu… ee kathalo aa veerudu nene.” This intense elevation quickly gives way to a humorous and satirical twist, instantly establishing the film’s tone.
