Announcement of Release Date for Shah Rukh Khan’s Film ‘King’!

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan is all set to dominate the big screen once again with his upcoming high-octane action thriller King, directed by Siddharth Anand. The makers have officially announced the release date: the film will hit theatres worldwide on December 24, 2026, making it a grand Christmas festive release.

This marks the second collaboration between SRK and Siddharth Anand after the blockbuster Pathaan (2023), which crossed over ₹1000 crore worldwide and revived the spy universe in Indian cinema. With such massive success behind them, expectations for King are sky-high.

The film, produced by Red Chillies Entertainment and Marflix Pictures, is reportedly being made on a massive budget of around ₹350 crore. It features an ensemble cast including Deepika Padukone in the female lead, SRK’s daughter Suhana Khan making her theatrical debut, and Abhishek Bachchan in a key antagonistic role. Other supporting actors include names like Anil Kapoor, Jackie Shroff, Arshad Warsi, and more (as per ongoing reports).

Adding to the excitement, music for the film is composed by Anirudh Ravichander, marking his collaboration with Siddharth Anand and his second project with SRK after Jawan (2023). The soundtrack is expected to elevate the action-packed narrative.
