FIR seeks action against ‘examinee Sunny Leone’

In the recently conducted Public Health Engineering Department’s Junior Engineer examination in Bihar, a candidate named Sunny Leone topped the list. However, it was not the Bollywood actress herself, but rather an impersonator who posed herself as Sunny.

The whole incident was taken sportingly by the actress, who posted a tweet stating she was so happy that the other ‘her’ scored so well. 

However, the impersonation did not go down well with the government department. It has promised legal action against the candidate who had used the picture of the actress in her application form. The principal secretary of the Bihar PHED will be lodging an FIR against the candidate under the IT Act and various sections of the IPC and CrPC.
