Ulaga Nayagan Kamal Haasan had launched his political party Makkal Needhi Maiam last year, and this year his party had contested in the Lok Sabha elections besides the Tamil Nadu bye elections, and for a first timer, the party had secured a good percentage of votes and was seen as a good start.
Before the elections even as the actor and his party members were campaigning, one of the important members of the party, entrepreneur CK Kumaravel, the CEO of Naturals Salon and Spa had quit the party as he had differences and also was not fine with the involvement of outsiders.
Now in a surprise turn of events, CK Kumaravel is back to Makkal Needhi Maiam and he announced the same on Twitter with his tweet “What appears to be a end of the road, can really be a bend in the road.Happy to be back home. @ikamalhaasan @KasthuriShankar @sang1983 @drmahendran_r @MandviSharma #MNM #NewTN #HomeComing”.
