A Tamil Nadu government ad film has been doing the rounds in theaters recently in which a physically disabled girl asks a temple priest to chant mantras in the name of god and when he asks her which god she says our Chief Minister Edappadi Pazhaniswamy.
The ad film sparked a huge uproar in the social media circles with trolls appearing left, right and center while many social observers too were critical of it. Minister Jayakumar today announced that the controversial film has been removed from theaters following the negative reactions from all quartters.
