‘Don’ director Cibi Chakravarthy to team up with this Tollywood star for his next?

Cibi Chakravarthy is a promising young talent in the Tamil film industry who made his directorial debut with Sivakarthikeyan’s ‘Don.’ His maiden flick managed to breach the elite 100 crore club at the box office after a great response from the audience.

Cibi was reported to work with Superstar Rajinikanth or Thalapathy Vijay in his second project. There were reports that he narrated a story to Thalaivar but it didn’t materialise. Now, sources tell us that he is teaming up with the popular Telugu actor Nani for his second film. We hear that the makers are in initial stage of the discussion.

If everything goes well, it might be the Natural Star’s 31st film. It is being said that Cibi Chakravarthy’s new movie with Nani will be an action comedy. On the work front, Nani is currently busy with his ongoing project ‘Hi Nanna’ (Nani 30), co-starring Mrunal Thakur and directed by debutant Shouryuv.
