The second poster for the highly anticipated third installment in the ‘Demonte Colony’ horror franchise, ‘Demonte Colony 3’, has been unveiled. Director Ajay Gnanamuthu shared the chilling poster on his X account, featuring actress Priya Bhavani Shankar in a haunting, ghost-like appearance.

The 2015 original ‘Demonte Colony’, directed by Ajay Gnanamuthu and starring Arulnithi, was a massive hit. Following its success, ‘Demonte Colony 2’ (2024), starring Arulnithi and Priya Bhavani Shankar, grossed around ₹80 crore, emerging as a commercial success.

The announcement for the third part came on New Year’s Day, and now the second poster has been released, showcasing Priya Bhavani Shankar transformed into a ghostly figure, intensifying the horror elements.
