‘Cooku With Comali’ new season becomes doubtful as the show’s crew moves out one by one – Deets

‘Cooku With Comali’ is one of the most successful shows in the TV history. The reality program won high acclaim and a fanbase by blending cooking and comedy. The fans were eagerly waiting for the fifth season of the CWC after four seasons. The possibility of a new season is diminishing with each passing day.

At first, the show’s judges and chefs – Venkatesh Bhat and Damu officially announced that they are not going to be a part of the show anymore. They also hinted about reuniting for a new venture. The latest is that the producer and director of ‘Cooku With Comali’ have announced moving out of the show on their social media pages.

Director Parthiv Mani wrote, “Some goodbyes are hard to say! Signing off from cwc with lot of happy memories and positivity to cherish forever..This is more than just a show to us.. the memories we created with our cwc family over the last 4 seasons is unforgettable.. and I’m forever grateful for all your love and blessings???.. Thank you vijay television, Happy to have associated with you for more than a decade.. warmest hugs to all the stars who have been a part of us in this journey.. ?thank you all for being our biggest support ??? #mediamasons ??” (sic).

Producer Ravoofa wrote, “Ever since we started working for television almost 25 years back,we have worked with only Vijay Tv & this has been our second home! After producing innumerable shows, scripting many a brands, styling many many stars, directing 1000s of episodes, grooming 100s of individuals, now it’s time to take a break from Star Vijay. Last May when we had mentioned about quitting super singer, we had meant quitting only Super Singer. We still had 2 other shows- Mr & Mrs Chinnathirai & Cooku with Comali which we thought we would be continuing further seasons. But now we will not be doing further seasons of both MMC & CwC, due to unforeseen circumstances. We at Media Masons, have done 4 seasons each of both these shows & we had put our heart & soul into it & now with a heavy heart we are moving out of these 2 shows also. Thanks to everyone who has been a part of our journey! Heartfelt gratitude to every star who helped us create brands which ran into several seasons!
