Venkatesh-Rana’s ‘Jilla’ remake confirmed ?

It is the season of multi-starrers in Tollywood. It can be considered as a welcome change as our star heroes are not hesitating to share screen space with other actors.

If reports are to be believed, Venkatesh, who has been acting in many multi-starrers of late, has given his nod to act in a huge budgeted multi-starrer with Rana. The script work of the film is going on at present and Suresh productions may produce this movie.

We will have to wait and see if it is the remake of Tamil movie, 'Jilla'. Though Venkatesh and Ravi Teja were considered for this project earlier, it may not materialize as Ravi Teja has to look much younger than Venkatesh according to the subject. So Rana would be a very apt choice.

So it is almost confirmed that Balakrishna and Kalyan Ram are not going to act in the remake as being speculated.
