A wave of freshness

The success  of young music-composers in Kollywood like Srikanth Deva and Joshua Sridhar has emboldened directors and producers to go for fresh faces.

A host of new music-directors are ready to make it to the big league.

S A Chandrasekhar’s Sukkran has musical score by a newcomer so is the case with R V Uthayakumar’s Karka Kasa Dara and Sreeman-Swarnamalya starrer Sorry!Enakku Kalyanam Ayiduchu.

When asked about the trend music director Bharadwaj says, "such a thing is not new to Tamil cinema. There are occasions when many new music composers made their debut simultaneously here. It is a positive sign indeed. However, a lot depends on what these youngsters deliver. If they have genuine talent, then no one can deny them their place in the industry". Words of Wisdom perhaps.
