Climax changed for ‘U Turn’ in Telugu

‘U Turn’, as is known, is the Telugu-Tamil remake of a Kannada superhit directed by Pawan Kumar.  Although the director from the original has been retained (much as the insistence of the film’s heroine), certain changes have been made to the script.

It’s learned that the mystery thriller’s last 45 minutes is going to be different in the Telugu version. Although the climax is much the same as in the original, both theme and drive of the movie are different.

The film, starring Samantha Akkineni as a journalist, will head to theatres worldwide tomorrow (Thursday).  This is the actress’ major heroine-oriented movie and its success is important.  Sans any song, this one has a special appearance by Bhumika Chawla.  Aadhi Pinisetty and Rahul Ravindran have key roles.
