Chiranjeevi not to campaign for Konda

It has been reported that Megastar Chiranjeevi will be campaigning for Konda Vishweshwar Reddy, who is the Congress MP candidate from Chevella.  Reddy is a relative of Upasana Kamineni, Ram Charan’s wife.

Chiru’s manager has informed that the actor is busy with ‘Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy’.  “Chiranjeevi garu won’t be campaigning for any party this election season,” he has been quoted as saying.

Last year, there were rumours that Upasana would be contesting against Reddy on a TRS ticket.  It turned out to be baseless.  “I am not joining politics for now.  Sangitha Reddy garu is my superior and (her husband) Vishweshwar Reddy babai has developed Chevella.  I am completely occupied with my work at Apollo,” Upasana said.
