Atlee hints that film with NTR is on cards!

Back in 2016, there were reports that Kollywood director Atlee will be doing a film with NTR.  That didn’t happen back then.  But it seems the sexy combo will work out in the near future.  

The ‘Raja Rani’ and ‘Mersal’ director is currently in Hyderabad to promote his upcoming movie, Vijay’s ‘Whilstle’ (release on October 25).  Speaking on the occasion, Atlee made these comments: “I have a dream to do a straight Telugu film.  It is happening very soon. For every film of mine, I get a call from Jr NTR sir. He is such a great person. The amount of love I get from the Telugu audience is too high.  That’s why I want to do a film here,” he said.

Although there is no official confirmation, the hint is there for all to see.  

It may be mentioned that ‘KGF’ director Prashanth Neel also has a story for NTR.  Mythri Movie Makers will produce the movie.  If Neel goes to Mahesh Babu (as suggested by the buzz in the industry), will it be Atlee for NTR? That’s a moot question for now.
