Akash Puri as Rogue’s Assistant Director

Akash Puri, who debuted as a male lead with Raj Madiraju's Andhra Pori, has turned an assistant director for his dad's film.  Rogue, which is currently being shot, is directed by Puri Jagannadh.

Akash Puri has always been enthusiastic about films, having acted in many films as a child artiste.  It appeared that acting is his first passion.  It may be so, but Puri Jagannadh seems to be wanting to groom his son as a better actor by letting him know the taste of direction.

Rogue marks the debut of Ishan, the son of CR Manohar, who is learnt to have offered Puri a bomb to launch his son in style.  PJ introduced Ishan as a dashing youngster.  Looks like Puri, who introduced Charan (Chirutha in 2008) and Puneet Rajkumar (Appu in 2002) will strike gold with Ishan as well.
