Ajith Kumar is now shooting for 'Vidaamuyarchi' which is majorly shot abroad. The film is touted to be an action thriller directed by Magizh Thirumeni and produced by Subaskaran under Lyca Productions. The reports suggest that the movie is set to hit the screens this Diwali.

Meanwhile, the hot news is that Netflix announced today that Vidaamuyarchi will be released on their platform after its theatrical run in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada. This news is now going viral on the internet. AK is said to be playing dual roles in this film with Trisha, Arjun, Aarav, Regina Cassandra and others in the supporting cast.

The makers have completed more than 50 per cent of the filming. Trisha is set to rejoin the Vidaamuyarchi shooting this month. The entire shooting will be wrapped up by February end. The movie has music composed by Anirudh Ravichander, while the cinematography will be handled by Nirav Shah & Om Prakash and editing by NB Srikanth.
