Ajith Kumar’s ‘Thunivu’ shooting and post-production works are going on in a brisk phase parallelly. Acclaimed director H Vinoth is helming this bank robbery thriller produced by Boney Kapoor and Zee Studios. Thunivu is on track for a grand worldwide release on Pongal 2023.
According to sources, the team started shooting for the song ‘Chilla Chilla’ today at Gokulam Studios. The mass kuthu number, touted to be the opening song, is choreographed by Kalyan master, crooned by Anirudh with lyrics by Vaisagh. Ghibran has composed the songs and background scores for Thunivu.
Reportedly, the much-awaited track will be released as the first single next week. The entire shooting will be over with the filming of two songs. On the other hand, the dubbing work for the movie is almost over. John Kokken, one of the main antagonists in Thunivu, took to his social media page today to announce that he has completed dubbing for his portions.
Manju Warrier, Samuthirakani, Ajay, Veera, Mahanadhi Shankar, Amir, Pavni, Cibi Chandran, GM Sundar, Bhagavathy Perumal and others have played important characters in Thunivu which has cinematography by Nirav Shah, editing by Vijay Velukutty and stunt by Supreme Sundar.
