Ajith and Shalini Celebrate 25 Years of Love, Loyalty, and Togetherness

Ajith Kumar, the Tamil superstar, and his wife Shalini celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary on April 24. The couple, who met during the filming of the 1999 movie Amarkalam, have been admired for their strong and private relationship ever since. Despite advice from fellow actor-director Ramesh Khanna to avoid marrying someone from the same industry, Ajith proposed to Shalini, and they married on April 24, 2000, in Chennai.
