Thala-Thalapathy’s lucky heroine to make a comeback

The film that truly announced the arrival of Thala Ajith was ‘Vanmathi’ released in the year 1995 that was his first commercial hit.  The film’s heroine was Swathi who also acted with him in ‘Unnai Thedi’ directed by Sundar C.  Actually Swathi made her acting debut opposite Thalapathy Vijay in ‘Deva’ and later starred with him in ‘Vasantha Vaasal’ and ‘Selva’ which were the earlier average hits of the mass hero.

Swathi’s last film was Ameer’s ‘Yogi’ after which she married businessman Kiran and settled down in Hyderabad.  The pretty actress has stated that she is keen to make a comeback, especially in Tamil cinema and television and would like to do meaningful roles as a character artiste.
