Actress Sona’s dispute over the hard disk of her web series ‘Smoke’ has been resolved just a day after she staged a protest outside the Pepsi Union office. Reports confirm that the issue was settled after the South Indian Actors’ Association intervened.
Sona had accused her former manager of seizing the hard disk and demanding money for its return. In response, she held a sudden protest two days ago, which quickly went viral online.
Following the intervention of the South Indian Actors’ Association, the hard disk was retrieved and returned to Sona. Expressing her gratitude, she stated, “I am deeply thankful to the Nadigar Sangam for stepping in and resolving this issue when no one else would help.”
With this resolution, ‘Smoke’ is now expected to be released on OTT platforms soon. Notably, an issue that had dragged on for over a year was finally resolved with just one day of protest.
