Actress Aishwarya Bhaskaran needs no introduction as she belongs to a distinguished film family. Her mother is the legendary actress Lakshmi Sivachandran who was the number one leading lady in Tamil,Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam in the seventies and thereafter a long innings as a character artiste even to this day. Her grandmother Kumari Rukmani was also a leading actress who did more than hundred films in all South Indian languages.

Aishwarya made her acting debut in Telugu in 1989 and followed it up with films in Malayalam and Kannada before arriving in Kollywood through 'Mill Thozhilali' starring Ramarajan. Her most memorable films are 'Meera' directed by P.C. Sreeram and costarring Vikram, 'Rasukutty' with K.Bhagyaraj, 'Yejamaan' with Rajini and 'Suyamvaram' with Prabhu.

Aishwarya whose real name is Shanta Meena fell in love with Tanveer Ahmed and married him in the year 1994 against her mother's wishes and converted to Islam. Their daughter Anaina was born in the year 1995. Suffering domestic violence and other abuses she divorced in 1996 and has brought up her daughter as a single mother.

Aishwarya who is currently busy in teleserials including 'Jothi' and judging the comedy show 'Comedy Raja Kalakkal Rani' has for the first time posted a video in which she is seen dancing with her daughter Anaina. The video has gone viral and has given a first glimpse of her pretty daughter to fans who are hitting the like button furiously. Are we seeing a fourth generation heroine there?
