Actress Priya Prakash Varrier had made heads turn and became an overnight sensation with just one Malayalam song, and became a nationwide phenomenon with her winking in the song from the yet to be released movie Oru Adaar Love directed by Omar Lulu.

Now, the actress, who had bagged a lot of endorsements and movies after the song went viral, is all set to make her Bollywood debut with a movie named 'Sridevi Bungalow' directed by debutant Prashaanth Mampully, and the movie reportedly has Priya as an actress named Sridevi.

The trailer of Sridevi Bungalow, which was released days back has become a topic of controversy, as the visuals show Priya in a bathtub lifeless, and her character being named Sridevi, reminds one of the unfortunate death of yesteryear legendary actress Sridevi, who passed away drowning in a bathtub. Miffed by this trailer, Bollywood producer Boney Kapoor has filed a legal case against the makers of Sridevi Bungalow for trying to defame Sridevi.
