We already broke the exclusive news that Marvel's 'Eternals' movie actor Barry Keoghan has essayed a cameo role as 'Joker' in Matt Reeves' "THE BATMAN". It was reported that he will play the Dark Knight's arch-rival and the main villain in the sequel but Matt Reeves stated that he hadn't decided on the antagonist of the second part.
Notably, Barry Keoghan appeared in a minor scene in the new Batman film as an unseen prisoner who becomes a cellmate to Paul Dano's Riddler in the Arkham Asylum. Last night, Warner Bros Studios revealed a deleted scene where Batman confronts Joker for the first time in Robert Pattinson's Batverse. The latest footage features a classic interrogation scene between the caped crusader and Joker.
Batman and Joker converse through the glass, as Joker assists Batman in compiling a profile on The Riddler. The sequence takes place before Batman captures the Riddler, which leads to the dramatic end of the film. The sequence also gives us a clearer look at Keoghan's Joker's scarred physique, featuring a terrible scar that slices his right face open, which seems to be influenced by Heath Ledger's take on the character.
Fan theories suggest that Joker is in Arkham Asylum after Batman caught him and as the scenario suggests, the two have already begun to establish their tangled connection. On the other hand, Robert Pattinson, Zoe Kravitz starrer "THE BATMAN", directed by Matt Reeves, takes on how the Dark Knight realises that hope is more important to the Gotham people than vengeance. It is successfully running at the global box office.
