A 27-year-old man from Utah, USA has been arrested on terrorism charges after he allegedly threatened to kill as many girls as he sees, in a post on his Facebook page, due to the frustration of being a virgin.
Christopher Wayne Cleary was arrested at a McDonald’s restaurant in Provo on Saturday after several people reported his Facebook post to the Denver police. “All I wanted was a girlfriend, not 1000, not a bunch of hoes. I’ve never had a girlfriend before and I’m still a virgin, this is why I’m planning on shooting up a public place soon and being the next mass shooter cause I’m ready to die and all the girls that turned me down is going to make it right by killing as many girls as I see. There is nothing more dangerous than a man who is ready to die,(sic)” the post read.
In his statement to the police, Cleary claimed that he was upset and that he wasn’t thinking clearly when he sent out the message. He also reportedly made suicidal comments during the interview, stating that it might be better for him if he died. A court date is yet to be set for his trial.
