Vimal as a deadly villain like Suriya

Ever since he made his debut as a leading man in ‘Pasanga’, Vimal has appeared mostly as a soft romantic rural hero in films like ‘Kalavani’, ‘Vaagai Sooda Vaa’, ‘KBKR’ and others. Off late the actor has taken a brief hiatus from acting, wanting to change his image.

We now hear that Vimal has agreed to play the chief antagonist in a new film which will have popular Telugu star of ‘Arindhum Ariyamalum’ fame Navdeep as the hero. Reports suggest that Vimal’s character is fashioned on the lines of Suriya’s Raju Bhai character in ‘Anjaan’. More information about this project will be available in the coming days.
