The issue was reported to have been settled out of court but the alleged attacker Maha Gandhi later gave interviews pinning the blame on the other side. Now the person has filed a case in the Saidapet Court seeking criminal action on Vijay Sethupathi and his manager Johnson. In the petition he had stated that he was travelling to Mysore for a medical checkup on November 2nd when he met Vijay Sethpathi at the Bengaluru airport.
