Seeking Vengeance: ‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge’

After the first part’s ending left fans in high anticipation for a sequel, the second installment has officially been titled ‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge.’

The teaser unveils the backstory of Aditya (Ranveer Singh), who operates undercover as Jaskirat Singh Rangi. It explains his transformation into ‘Hamza,’ a powerful don in the Lyari region of Pakistan.

A standout moment in the teaser is Ranveer Singh’s closing line: “This is the new India; it will enter the enemy’s house and strike” (“Yeh naya Hindustan hai, yeh ghar mein ghusega bhi aur marega bhi”). This dialogue has already garnered a massive response from fans.

Joining Ranveer Singh are Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Rampal, and R. Madhavan, returning in pivotal roles. Additionally, the late villain Rehman Dakait (Akshaye Khanna) is expected to appear in flashback sequences.

Produced by Jio Studios, this film has been mounted as a grand Pan-India project.

Directed by Aditya Dhar (of Uri fame), the film was praised by critics for its international production standards.

Releasing on March 19, the film is expected to go head-to-head with Yash’s ‘Toxic,’ which is slated for release on the same day.
