Vijay Deverakonda has escaped a major train accident while shooting for ‘Dear Comrade’ in Kakinada.
In a scene, the actor had to get on to a moving train. In making the attempt, he slipped while getting over the footboard. Since a few helpers were put in place to pull Deverakonda back in case of any emergency, they dragged him out, preventing an accident.
Due to a cyclone in coastal Andhra Pradesh, the shoot of the film has been called off. “Met prediction – Cyclonic winds and Rough Sea. Me – Shoot Cancelled & Chillll,” a relaxed Deverakonda said on Facebook.
Produced by Mythri Movie Makers and starring Rashmika Mandanna as the heroine, ‘Dear Comrade’ will hit the screens in Summer 2019.
