Vairamuthus first public statement after Chinmayi issue

Vairamuthu was at the receiving end of Chinmayi's sexual misconduct allegations made a few weeks ago which he has denied vehemently and also stated that he will face any case in the courts of law. After a long hiatus, Vairamuthu has released a statement questioning the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission's decision to print question papers in English only.

According to Vairamuthu the language that is dominantly spoken will have the mainstay in a state and has urged the government to prepare question papers in Tamil also. He has seconded the opinion of PMK leader Ramadoss in this issue and has assured the government that if proper remunerations are paid to award-winning translators good quality can be achieved.
