Victory Venkatesh and acclaimed writer-director Trivikram Srinivas are coming together for the much-awaited film Aadarsha Kutumbam – House No. 47. Produced by S. Radha Krishna (Chinababu) under the banner of Haarika & Hassine Creations, the film features Srinidhi Shetty as the female lead. The movie is scheduled for a grand worldwide theatrical release on October 30, 2026.
The collaboration between Venkatesh and Trivikram after nearly two decades has generated considerable expectations among moviegoers. The recently released trailer has further increased curiosity about the film. As the release date approaches, the makers have intensified their promotional activities. During a recent interaction with the media, Srinidhi Shetty shared interesting details about her character, working with Venkatesh and Trivikram, and what audiences can expect from the film.
A Dream Opportunity to Work with Trivikram
Srinidhi Shetty revealed that she had always wanted to work under Trivikram Srinivas’s direction. When the opportunity came her way, she was delighted. She was particularly excited because Aadarsha Kutumbam explores a genre that is new for both Trivikram and Venkatesh.
According to the actress, the film is quite different from Trivikram’s previous works. After listening to the story, she immediately felt that she wanted to be part of the project.
Although she plays a mother in the film, Srinidhi said she never considered turning down the offer. She believes that opportunities to work in films and characters of this kind are rare. Being part of a special combination featuring Venkatesh and Trivikram made the opportunity even more exciting for her.

Srinidhi Shetty Plays a Comedy Role for the First Time
Speaking about her character, Srinidhi described Aadarsha Kutumbam as a crime comedy with elements of dark humour, as explained by Trivikram.
The actress revealed that this is the first time she has played a full-fledged comedy-oriented character. In the film, her character loses money in a chit fund scheme and ends up falling into debt.
Since she had never attempted such a role before, she initially wondered how she would perform. However, after watching the final output, she felt satisfied with her performance.
‘Trivikram’s Dialogues Have a Special Magic’
Srinidhi Shetty also spoke about the experience of delivering dialogues written by Trivikram Srinivas. She said his dialogues carry considerable depth and meaning, which encouraged her to understand the context of every line before delivering it.
The actress added that the film features several memorable dialogues, reflecting Trivikram’s distinctive writing style.
She particularly liked the dialogue from the trailer, “What is the war that can be won without an army willing to die, sir?” She said the line appealed to her and believed that audiences would also appreciate it.
No Disappointment Over the Release Postponement
Addressing the change in the film’s release date, Srinidhi said she was not disappointed by the postponement. She explained that when a team has invested nearly a year and a half in a project, allowing additional time to improve the final output can be worthwhile.
She recalled that producer Naga Vamsi had also explained the importance of the additional time. According to her, the film’s release was shifted from October 9 to October 30 to improve the overall output.
Srinidhi believes that the additional three weeks helped the team present the film in a better form.

‘Matching Venkatesh’s Performance Is Not Possible’
Srinidhi Shetty praised Venkatesh for his exceptional acting abilities, particularly his comedy timing and natural performances in emotional scenes.
She said matching an actor of his calibre was not possible, but she made every effort to deliver her best. With Trivikram’s guidance, she tried to ensure that her performance in the comedy sequences felt natural.
According to Srinidhi, Trivikram’s writing and Venkatesh’s acting complement each other beautifully, allowing the humour to emerge naturally. She focused on fitting into that style rather than trying to imitate the senior actor.
Comedy and Action in Equal Measure
The actress revealed that she recently watched Aadarsha Kutumbam and thoroughly enjoyed it. She said she had a good understanding of the film while shooting, but watching the completed version brought her even greater happiness.
Speaking about the balance between comedy and action, Srinidhi said comedy has a prominent place in the film. However, she assured audiences that the action sequences would also entertain them.
Srinidhi Shetty Praises Trivikram’s Personality
Beyond his reputation as a filmmaker, Srinidhi said working with Trivikram helped her understand his personality better.
She observed that he is always willing to discuss and exchange ideas about the film, despite his experience as a senior director. She also praised his efforts to maintain a positive atmosphere on set and ensure that actors feel comfortable while working.
Happy to Work with Haarika & Hassine Creations
Srinidhi expressed happiness about working with Haarika & Hassine Creations, stating that the production house offers considerable support to its actors and other members of the team.
She described her journey with the film, which extended beyond a year, as a positive experience and expressed her desire to work with the banner again.
Regarding her upcoming projects, the actress revealed that she is currently working on a Kannada film, while a few Telugu projects are in the discussion stage.
With Venkatesh and Trivikram joining forces for a crime comedy featuring dark humour, action and distinctive dialogue writing, Aadarsha Kutumbam – House No. 47 is gearing up for its worldwide theatrical release on October 30, 2026. It remains to be seen how the film will be received by audiences.
