‘V’ Teaser: Serial killer knows no mercy, cop knows no rules!

The teaser for ‘V’ establishes the characterizations of a serial killer (played by Natural Star Nani) and a gutsy and determined cop (played by Sudheer Babu). Their clash will be riveting is what director Mohanakrishna Indraganti wants us to believe.  

Nani’s moustache and get-up are attuned to building an image of hyper-masculinity around his seemingly dangerous character.  As a high-end killer, he is challenged by a cop who doesn’t mind breaking the rules.  Nani’s ‘Sodhi aapu.. dammunte nanni aapu’ towards the end of the teaser is a hoot!  That’s quite power-packed, coming from an actor who is not known for playing such roles. 

For the looks of it, Sudheer Babu has given his all for the role.  He has shaped himself perfectly for this physically taxing role, it would seem.  Nivetha Thomas has a blink-and-you-miss appearance in the teaser.  Aditi Rao Hydari is part of the crime thriller.

Be it PG Vinda’s visuals or Thaman’s background music, it’s a winsome teaser. The songs are by Amit Trivedi (‘Sye Raa’ fame).  Coming from the Dil Raju stable, the thriller will hit the screens on March 25.
