After several days of speculation the official announcement came that Seven Screen Studios the producer of 'Thalapathy 67' will be releasing Vijay's next movie 'Varisu' in Tamil Nadu. It has also been confirmed that the film will release in Tamil and Telugu on Pongal 2023 clashing at the box office with Ajith Kumar's 'Thunivu'.

Meanwhile popular dance choreographer Jani Master has shared the awesome news about a mass song of Thalapathy Vijay in the movie. Already the first single from the film 'Ranjithame' sung by Vijay and M.M. Manasi has garnered a staggering 60 million views on YouTube and counting. The new song that is loading is likely to be a wild themed one going by the pics that Jani has added in his post.

'Varisu' directed by Vamshi Paidipally is produced by Dil Raju with Thaman scoring the music.
