Thalapathy Vijay has risen to the topmost rung of Tamil cinema through years of hardwork and passion for entertaining people. He has completed his new movie 'Beast' produced by Sun Pictures and directed by Nelson with music by Anirudh. The film set to release in April this year has Vijay, Pooja Hegde, Yogi Babu, Redin Kingsley, Selvaraghavan, Aparna Das and VTV Ganesh in the cast.

Meanwhile Vijay fans are fully aware that he lost his younger sister Vidya when she was a small child. The mass hero misses her even to this day so much that he gives preference to sister sentiments in his movies too as evidenced in such films as 'Velayutham', 'Thirupaachi', 'Sivakasi', 'Thuppakki' and others.

Vijay is also said to have named his daughter Divya which has all the letters in his sister's name Vidya. Now throback pics of Vijay with his sister Vidya have gone viral on the internet.
