Ustaad Bhagat Singh Steps Up Promotions: R. Parthiban’s ‘Nalla Nagappa’ Look Unveiled

With its theatrical release locked for March 26, 2026, Ustaad Bhagat Singh has intensified its promotional campaign. Headlined by Pawan Kalyan, the film is steadily building momentum by unveiling key character looks.

On Wednesday, the makers introduced renowned Tamil actor-director R. Parthiban as Nalla Nagappa. The first-look poster showcases him in a politician’s avatar, signaling a character with substantial authority and dramatic weight within the narrative. The team described him as a “sensational actor and multi-talented legend,” underlining the importance of his role.

Interestingly, director Harish Shankar had reportedly approached Telangana politician and educationist Malla Reddy for the role of Nalla Nagappa during the early stages of casting. However, after he declined the offer, Parthiban came on board, adding seasoned gravitas to the project.

The film features Raashi Khanna and Sreeleela as the female leads. Backed by the prominent banner Mythri Movie Makers, the project is mounted on a grand scale.

Music is composed by Devi Sri Prasad, and as part of the promotional buildup, the makers are expected to unveil the film’s second single soon.

With less than 40 days remaining for release, Ustaad Bhagat Singh is strategically rolling out character reveals and musical promotions, positioning itself for a strong opening at the box office.
