Thalapathy Vijay is a Philanthropist and we all knew it. He has helped many people through his fan club Vijay Makkal Iyakkam and also through other means. Now the latest report states that Vijay is building a school to provide free education.

Vijay, who has a special fondness for children, has decided to give free education to those less fortunate kids, who are not able to pay the school fees but are willing to take education. Though an official statement about the same is yet to arrive, he is very much in plans to erect a school in Thiruporur, Chennai.

It is also worth mentioning that he is Vijay has been already running a free restaurant (Vizhai Illa Unavagam) in several centres of Tamil Nadu through his fan clubs and serving free food to the needy. Time and again, he has shown immense concern for the common people and has regularly participated in charity work throughout his life.

On the work front, he will be next seen in the film 'Beast', directed by Nelson Dilipkumar. The film also features director Selvaraghavan in the role of the antagonist. Among others, the makers have roped in Shine Tom Chacko, Yogi Babu, Redin Kingsley, and VTV Ganesh to play pivotal roles in the film.
