Breaking ! Thalapathy Vijay’s ‘Leo’ part two planned?

Lokesh Kanagaraj is currently in Pahalgam, Kashmir shooting a few patch work scenes for Thalapathy Vijay’s ‘Leo’.  Now a major buzz has started doing the rounds in Kollywood that a sequel to the film has already been planned and the climax is going to have an open ending leading into part two.

Nowadays several films are having sequels such as ‘Kaithi 2’, ‘Chandramukhi 2’, ‘Indian 2’, ‘Indian 3’ and ‘Captain Miller 2’ etc.  Now looks like for the first time in his career Vijay too will be acting in a second part of his own movie.  Anyways if at all ‘Leo 2’ happens it will take atleast a couple of years as Vijay is committed for ‘Thalapathy 68’ directed by Venkat Prabhu and ‘Thalapathy 69’ directed by Atlee.

Lokesh Kanagaraj also has his hands full as he will direct Superstar Rajinikanth in ‘Thalaivar 171’ followed by Karthi’s ‘Kaithi 2’ and a Telugu film starring Prabhas directed by Mythri Movie Makers.  Since all his upcoming films will be under LCU there is a possibilty of characters making crossovers and one day there is a chance of Kamal Haasan, Vijay, Suriya, Karthi, Vijay Sethupathi and Fahadh Faasil starring together.  

‘Leo’ has music by Anirudh and stars Vijay, Trisha, Sanjay Dutt, Gautham Menon, Mysskin, Mansoor Ali Khan, Joju George, Mathew Thomas, Sandy, Priya Anand, Vasanthi, Babu Antony and Action King Arjun.  The film is slated for release on October 19th.
