All you need to know about ‘Thalapathy 64’ second schedule starting today

Vijay’s Diwali bonanza ‘Bigil’ has raced towards the rupees 200 Crore mark in the worldwide box office and the man himself is moving forward and has flown to Delhi last night for the second schedule of ‘Thalapathy 64’ that begins today.   Similarly, Lokesh Kanagaraj the director too has delivered the sleeper hit ‘Kaithi’ and has had very little time to celebrate.   It is said that the team will be camping in the capital city for 40 days and most of the scenes will be shot at the SRCC college there.

According to our sources close to the ‘Thalapathy 64′ team, a lot of famous YouTube stars will be playing important roles in the college sequences sharing screen with Vijay.  Andrea Jeremiah and Gauri Kishan of ’96’ fame will also be in front of the camera in the coming weeks.  It is said that most of Vijay Sethupathi’s portions who plays the chief antagonist was shot in the Chennai schedule and he will be joining the team only in the latter part of the current one.  

‘Thalapathy 64’ directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj and produced by XB Film Creators has Thalapathy Vijay and Makkal Selvan Vijay Sethupathi locking horns for the first time in their careers while Malavika Mohanan, Andrea Jeremiah, Shantanu Bhagyaraj, Antony Varghese Pepe, Gauri Kishan, Dheena and others costar.  Anirudh is scoring the music while the ‘Kaithi’ technicians Sathyan Sooryan and Philomin Raj are the cinematographer and editor respectively.
