Thala Dhoni takes ‘Aruvik Kuliyal’ in Nellai

India Cricketer Mahendra Singh Dhoni who is more close to the hearts of Tamil people due to his captaincy of Chennai Super Kings is currently in Southern part of Tamil Nadu. He is currently stationed in Tirunelveli where he is going to inaugurate the cricket match between Madurai and Coimbatore teams as part of the Tamil Nadu Primer league. 

Dhoni reached Nellai last evening by flight. He will be inaugurating the match by putting the toss. Before that he did not miss a chance to take a dip at a local waterfall. 

Dhoni is staying at a private resort in at Gundaru. After taking rest he went on a jeep ride and also went trekking on a nearby hill with security guards. At one kilometer distance he reached the Saamy Water fall (சாமி அருவி) where he took bath without any inhibitions or starry attitude. Hundreds of locals gathered to catch a glimpse of Thala Dhoni and this was a show of extreme popularity of the former Indian Skipper in the down south localities of Tamil Nadu.
