Indian Team against Afghanistan and Ireland/ England tours announced

The BCCI today announced the Indian team for Afghanistan’s maiden test and also the tour of England and Ireland that will take place after the IPL season.   Ajinkya Rahane will lead the test team against Afghanistan with Shikhar Dhawan, Murali Vijay, KL Rahul, Cheteshwar Pujara, Karun Nair, Wriddiman Saha (wk), Ravichandran Ashwin, Ravindra Jadeja, Kuldeep Yadav, Umesh Yadav, Mhd. Shami, Hardik Pandya, Ishant Sharma and Shardul Thakur in the mix.

For the two match Ireland T20I series that Virat Kohli leads has in the team Shikhar Dhawan, Rohit Sharma, KL Rahul, Suresh Raina, Manish Pandey, MS Dhoni(wk), Dinesh Karthik, Yuvendra Chahal, Kuldeep Yadav, Washington Sundar, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Jasprit Bumrah, Hardik Pandya, Siddharth Kaul and Umesh Yadav. The matches will be held in Dublin on June 27th and 29th.  

For the three match England T20I series Virat Kohli again leads the team with Shikhar Dhawan, Rohit Sharma, KL Rahul, Suresh Raina, Manish Pandey, MS Dhoni(wk), Dinesh Karthik, Yuvendra Chahal, Kuldeep Yadav, Washington Sundar, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Jasprit Bumrah, Hardik Pandya, Siddharth Kaul and Umesh Yadav.  The matches will be held at Manchester on July 3rd, Cardiff on July 6th and Bristol on July 8th.

For the three match England ODI series Virat Kohli is again captain with a new mix of old and young team comprising of Shikhar Dhawan, Rohit Sharma, KL Rahul, Shreyas Iyer, Ambati Rayudu, MS Dhoni(wk), Dinesh Karthik, Yuvendra Chahal, Kuldeep Yadav, Washington Sundar, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Jasprit Bumrah, Hardik Pandya, Siddharth Kaul and Umesh Yadav. The matches will be held at Nottingham on July 12th, London on July 14th and Headingley on July 17th.
