Superstar Rajinikanth's 'Jailer' is slated to release worldwide in theaters on August 10, and the promotions of the film are going on in full swing. The audio launch function is currently happening at the Nehru Indoor Stadium in Chennai with the cast and crew in attendance.
Meanwhile reports have emerged regarding the character of Tamannaah Bhatia in the film which is quite interesting. According to it she is apparently playing a Telugu film actress and thats why her item dance song 'Kaavaalaa' has predominant Telugu words. Sources say that she is not pairing with Rajini but will only appear in a few scenes with him apart from the song.
Ramya Krishnan is said to be playing Rajinikanth's wife in 'Jailer' which also boasts of a stellar ensemble cast comprising of Shivarajkumar, Mohan Lal, Jackie Shroff, Sunil, Vasanth Ravi, Vinayakan and Yogi Babu.
Produced by Sun Pictures, 'Jailer' is directed by Nelson Dilipkumar with music by Anirudh, cinematography by Vijay Karthik Kannan and editing by Nirmal. Rajini fans have to wait exactly another fortnite to catch their idol in action once again on the big screen.
